Injectable Contraception |
One of the advantages of injecting kb is that it can be used when the mother is breastfeeding.
Inject contraception or better known as KB Injection is a way of preventing pregnancy by injecting progestogen hormone into the muscle or under the skin and then gradually to be released into the bloodstream. Injectable KB works by inhibiting the process of ovulation (the release of eggs from the ovary) and increase the production of mucus by the cervix (cervix). The formation of mucus aims to inhibit sperm in order not to penetrate the uterus so that it can not fertilize the egg. It can also reduce the lining of the uterus so that the fertilized egg can not develop in the womb.
