Having quality sleep for 7-8 hours a day can help maintain health.

Everyone has a desire to live longer to get together with family for a long time and achieve the successes to be achieved. And no one has the ideals to suffer from heart disease, stroke, diabetes mellitus, liver disorders, lung problems and cancer. Then how to stay healthy and fit?
Here are some habits that can help to live longer:

Perform physical activity

Improve the quality of sleep
Having quality sleep for 7-8 hours a day can help maintain health. Here are some tips for overcoming poor sleep quality and quantity:
  • Not watching television or computer 2 hours before bedtime.
