Acne is a very common skin condition experienced by most people at a certain stage of age and condition. some people in adolescence experience acne because of oil production on oily skin. spots of acne can become blackheads and small bumps. some of the acne experienced by people at older age because of other causes.

There are several factors that can trigger or increase a person's risk of experiencing acne, including:

Hormonal changes can stimulate the production of oil into more, so it can trigger acne. In addition to these hormonal changes, other hormonal changes that can also cause acne stone is the period of pregnancy, the consumption of birth control pills, during menstruation, and also stress.

  4. Do not use too much make-up or cosmetics. Water-based non-comedogenic cosmetic products can reduce pore closure. 
  5. Removes all makeup before going to sleep. 
  6. Take a bath or wash yourself after exercise or exercise to get rid of sweat.
